Spoken Heroes, founded by Steven McCoy, is a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering individuals with disabilities. Focused on adults 16 and up, we offer specialized training programs that enhance communication and job readiness, leveraging technology to facilitate learning. Our mission is to secure meaningful employment opportunities through partnerships, advocating for an inclusive society. Classes are hosted at our state-of-the-art accessible building, ensuring an optimal learning environment. Pre-Employment Transition Services (Pre-ETS)
Preparing the Next Generation of Leaders More than career readiness, our Pre-ETS program helps students discover their strengths, build confidence, develop workplace and self-advocacy skills, and prepare for a successful transition into higher education, employment, and independent living through engaging, real-world experiences.
Out-of-School Youth Employment Services (OSYES)
